This article demonstrates how to automate your Intercom workflow using the integration with CommPeak. You will learn how to send an automated SMS response to your Help Desk conversation.

To generate an SMS message:

  1. Click a conversation in your Help Desk inbox to open it.

  2. Go to Details in the menu on the right.

  3. Expand the COMMPEAK section and complete the SMS sending form:

    1. In the From field, select a sender from the dropdown list. It contains the approved Sender IDs from your TextPeak account.

    2. Enter the contact's phone number in the To field.

    3. Write your message in the Message field.

  4. Click Send.

The system will send your message and add a confirmation about that as a note within the conversation:
