This article explains how you can generate SMS messages in Pipedrive using CommPeak integrations.

To generate an SMS message:
In the Deals tab of your Pipedrive account, go to the detail view of your deal, click "..." and select Send an SMS.
Complete the sending SMS form:
Select a sender from the dropdown list. It contains the approved Sender ID in your TextPeak account.
The system will populate the To field with the linked contact's phone number.
Write your message in the Message field.
Click Send.
