Call Graphs

The call graphs display the main statistics of your calls: call status, average call duration, answer-seizure rate, and length of calls.

Statistics will be shown for the selected date range.

To open the graphs:

  1. Expand VoIP Services in the left pane and click Call Graphs.

  2. Select the date range and click Generate.

Please visit the following sections for each graph examples.

Call Status

Hover your mouse on an area in the graph, and you will see details for the respective date.

Duration of Calls

Answer-Seizure Rate

Length of calls
