This article describes how to integrate CommPeak Dialer with Zoho CRM so that you can manage your CRM leads in your Dialer.

Step 1: Register your application with Zoho

  1. Go to Zoho Developer Console and sign in to your account.
    If you don't have a Zoho account yet, you can create a new one using the Google sign-up option.

  2. Choose Server-based Applications.

  3. On the Create New Client page that opens, fill in the fields with the data from your Dialer account.

    • Client name: dialer.

    • Homepage URL: the URL of your Dialer, e.g., tenantdomain.td.commpeak.com.

    • Authorized Redirect URIs: Copy the URI from the Zoho adapter you have in your Dialer. To find it, go to Settings > CRM Integrations Management and click Edit in the actions for the Zoho adapter.
      NOTE: If you don't have the Zoho adapter, please contact your Dialer manager so they can help you create one.

  4. Click Create.

  5. Go to the Settings tab and enable your Zoho CRM region.

  6. Copy the client ID and client secret from the Client Secret tab.

Step 2: Complete configuration in Dialer

  1. In your Dialer account, go to Settings > CRM Integrations Management and click Edit in the Actions column for the Zoho adapter.

  2. ​In the Integration Settings section, enter the client ID and client secret you have previously copied from Zoho.

  3. Click Save.

  4. Click Login / Update Scope in the Actions column for the Zoho adapter.

  5. Click Accept to grant permissions to the Dialer.

    Now, your setup is complete.

IMPORTANT

In your CRM, you also need to do the following:

  1. Go to Settings > Workflow Rules > Create Rule > Choose criteria.

  2. Insert the import group URL and basic auth.

  3. Select the fields to push to the Dialer.​
