In Settings > General Settings > Default Timezones Management, you can set a default timezone for a country.

This can be useful for countries like Australia or USA located in multiple timezones if you want to call any lead from this country based on a single timezone.

To create a default timezone:

  1. On the Default Timezones Management page, click Create New Country Timezone. You will see the New Country Timezone page open.

  2. Select the required country and timezone from the drop-down lists.

  3. Select the Enabled? checkbox to make the setting active right away.

  4. Click Create.

The timezone will be added to the list.

You can also download the list of configured timezones by clicking Download as CSV.


  • You can set only one timezone per country.

  • This feature overrides other timezone settings for the specified country. Using it, you will call all the leads from this country using the new timezone you created, even if they were uploaded to the Dialer with a city.
