Available and DND Statuses

In CommPeak Softphone, you can switch your status. It can be either Available or Do Not Disturb (DND).

The Available status lets agents receive and make calls. It is set by default.

While DND is active, you can only make outgoing calls.

To switch to Do Not Disturb in the full mode:

  1. Click the profile button.

  2. Choose Do Not Disturb.

To switch to Do Not Disturb in the mini mode:

  1. Click the volume and profile button.

  2. Choose DND.

TIP

Here, you can also adjust the volume in your headset and microphone.
When you click the settings icon, you will be redirected to Microphone & Headset Settings in the full mode.

To exit the Do Not Disturb status in the full mode:

  1. Click the profile button.

  2. Choose Available or click Go online in the notification.

To exit the Do Not Disturb status in the mini mode:

  1. Click the volume and profile button.

  2. Choose Available or click Go online in the notification.
