Lead Indicators

You can create indicators that will be applied to leads when specific conditions are met. The indicators will serve as tags visible to agents during the call.

To create a lead indicator:

  1. Go to Settings -> Advanced Lead Settings and switch to the Lead Indicators tab.

  2. Click Create New Lead Indicator.

  3. Enter the name and text to show. Then select box and text color.

  4. In Filter Settings, create logical conditions that will trigger the indicator. Configure filter rules similarly to campaign or group filters.

  5. Click Create. A new indicator will appear in the list.
