If you have a Cloud PBX from CommPeak, you can log in to its control panel and configure access settings from your CommPeak portal account.

PBX Control Panel Login

To log in to your PBX:

  1. In the CommPeak portal, click Labs in the main menu on the left.
  2. Expand the PBX Instances tab.
  3. Click LOG IN.

PBX Details

To view PBX details:

  1. Click the gear icon next to LOG IN.
  2. View the Details tab:

Access Control Lists

To configure access control:

  1. Go to Web access ACL and SIP access ACL tabs. 
  2. Refer to the IP ACL Settings article for more information.

The Active Firewall blocks tab shows IPs that tried to gain access, performed irregular actions, or made too many attempts towards your PBX.


Even if your IP is in the white list, your IP can be blocked if you enter invalid passwords multiple times. If this happens, submit a support request.
