How to Set Up Inbound Calls on Your SIP

To forward DID incoming calls to your SIP account, follow these steps:

At, go to DIDS -> Configure.

  1. Select the checkbox next to one or a few DID numbers calls to which you want to forward.
  2. In the For field, define if to apply the action towards checked DIDs or all DIDs on the list.
  3. In the do field, select Set Forward SIP Account.
  4. In the field that appears next to do, select the account.
  5. Click Apply Changes.
