If you have a Cloud PBX from CommPeak, you can view its details, add FTP accounts and configure access settings from your CommPeak portal account.

PBX Details

To view PBX details:

  1. In the CommPeak portal, click Labs in the main menu on the left.
  2. Expand the PBX Instances tab.
  3. Click the details icon on the right of the PBX instance.
  4. View the Details tab:

Access Control Lists

To configure access control:

  1. Click the Firewall Settings icon on the right of the PBX instance. 
  2. Refer to the IP ACL Settings article for more information.

The Active Firewall blocks tab shows IPs that tried to gain access, performed irregular actions, or made too many attempts towards your PBX.


Even if your IP is in the white list, your IP can be blocked if you enter invalid passwords multiple times. If this happens, submit a support request.
