SMS Service - Getting Started

As soon as you have created a CommPeak account, the SMS service is available to you. 

You have a voice account and an SMS account, and your balance for both is displayed in the top right corner of the page.

 You can turn the SMS account off or back on in your profile settings:

  1. Click VIEW PROFILE. 
  2. On the page that opens, expand the SMS Account tab.
  3. Click the toggle to deactivate/activate the SMS service.
  4. Click SAVE CHANGES.

To start using the SMS service, click SMS on the main menu. In the window that pops up, select the currency for your SMS account (USD or EURO) and click SUBMIT.

Your next step is to create SMS channels.
