Profile Settings

In the Profile section of the CommPeak user portal, you can do the following:

To open the Profile section, click VIEW PROFILE.

Personal and Company Data

After signup, enter the missing information in the Profile tab. Scroll down and complete each section.

 

  • PROFILE: enter your timezone for support purposes.
    You can also view your user ID (UID), which the system assigned to you on signup. It is necessary if you use wire transfers to top up your account.
  • IDENTITY: enter your company name and modify the first and last name if necessary.

    NOTE

    CommPeak won't be able to issue invoices to you without your company details.

  • PHONE NUMBERS: update the phone number specified at signup and add more phone numbers at which CommPeak support can reach you.
  • ADDRESS: fill in your company's address.
  • BILLING ADDRESS: leave the checkbox selected if your billing address is the same as the address specified above. Otherwise, remove the checkmark and enter the details of your billing address.

After making all the necessary changes, click SAVE CHANGES at the bottom of the page.

Account Password

You can change your password at the Password tab. After entering your new password, click SAVE CHANGES.

SMS Service Activation

You can activate or deactivate your SMS services at the SMS Account tab. If you deactivate SMS services, you will no longer receive SMS balance notifications and won't be able to add credit to your SMS balance.
