Reports - Overview

In the Reports section of the CommPeak user portal, you can generate the following reports showing details of your call and expense history:

The call reports can present data collectively or per each SIP account if you have more than one.

To run a report:

  1. Click REPORTS on the main menu on the left.
  2. Go to the tab for the needed report. 
  3. Apply filters as required and click SEARCH. You will see the report output on the screen. 
  4. To download the report as a CSV file, click the button on the right to either save a report right away or submit a request for generating CDRs which contain a considerable amount of data.
  5. You can find CDRs after a while under GENERATED REPORTS.
    Here you will see submitted and completed reports available for download for seven days:
    • CDR ALL report includes data on all calls
    • CDR SUMMARY provides statistics by the destination country.
