How to Contact CommPeak Support

Read this article and watch the attached video to find out all the ways to contact CommPeak's support team. 



To get prompt help from our support team, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your CommPeak account.
  2. At the top of your Home page, click SUPPORT.
  3. Select the option you’d like to use:
  • Submit a request to ask a question, create a task, report an incident or problem. 
  • Visit our Help Center to browse articles and find answers to your questions.
  • Call us to access the Support page where CommPeak provides remote assistance via the screen sharing option and the following ways of getting in touch with the support team 24/7:
    • two global phone numbers for phone support or WhatsApp messaging
    • specific local numbers for phone support
    • Facebook and Telegram chats

In the top-left of the page, you can find codes the support team may ask you to provide:

  • Customer ID to confirm your identity
  • PIN to approve action requests in support calls.

Also, you can contact our support manager via live chat. Click Chat in the bottom right corner of any page in your CommPeak account and start a conversation.
