This section lists all the updates that Lead Routing sends to the CRM system. This includes connector and view information, the time when the update was sent, and the result of the action (completed/postponed). 

Actions you can take on requests:

  • Change the column visibility or find requests based on needed criteria by setting filters (see Leads for details).

  • Unpostpone a postponed request (i.e., try to process a postponed request again): select the request you want to process again and click Unpostponed -> Apply.

    To postpone an unpostponed request again, select the request and click 
    Postponed -> Apply.
