The Leads section displays all the incoming data the system receives.
Here you can see details on each unique lead entering Lead Routing: the connector and view it has been distributed to; dates of its creation, import and assignment; and other CRM-related data.
If duplicate leads are allowed, the section will show details on the latest time the lead entered Lead Routing.
To create a customized report containing the fields you need, expand the drop-down list next to Show Columns and clear the check boxes for the columns you want to make invisible.
To find data on the needed leads based on certain criteria, apply relevant filters and click Search. You will see the list of filtered leads.
To return to all leads, click Refresh.
